What are the watches made of?
Our watches are made of 100% stainless steel, which is generally considered hypoallergenic and less likely to cause allergic reactions. There's no presence of nickel in our watches.
What batteries are used?
The batteries for our Diver, Original 46, Original 36, Inspiration and Entrepreneur watches are SR626SW. Our Reina, Chrono and LYJ watches all use a SR920SW battery.

How do I change the date on my watch ?
In order to adjust the date, pull the crown out (middle button) one click. Then turn the crown forwards or backwards until the desired date appears in the window.

Hagley West has a limited 2 years manufacturer’s defects warranty from the original purchase date from an authorised dealer. This warranty does not cover any user abuse, water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratche
How to adjust metal mesh band or metal strap?

How do I purchase additional links?
We currently do not currently sell any watch straps or links individually. Our product team are looking into this to see if it is something we can offer at some point in the future.
