After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11am BST/GMT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am BST/GMT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

For our international customers, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The percentage of duty may vary depending on the country the order is shipped to. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Import Duties & Taxes

Hagley West has a limited 2 years manufacturer’s defects warranty from the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover any user abuse, water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Policy

We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and International orders over £50.  Any brand new product can be returned within 28 days of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, or if there is a discrepancy in your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to support@hagleywest.com 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been worn, sized or had its original tags removed Hagley West will not accept the returned item. So please inspect the item fully as soon as it arrives.

Exchange & Refund Policy

If you purchased your watch at the regular price but were eligible for a discount, please provide your full name, the date and time of Tim's live event, and the discount code Tim applied during the live session to our Customer Service team. We will make every effort to apply and honour the discount to your order.
