We offer hassle-free returns for both domestic and international orders exceeding £60. Any brand-new product can be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery.

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase upon arrival or if there is any damage to your order, kindly preserve all documentation and packaging, and promptly get in touch with us by sending an email to [email protected]. 

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be returned in its original packaging. Please note that if the item has been worn or if its original tags have been removed, Hagley West will be unable to accept the return. Therefore, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect the item as soon as it arrives.

When trying on clothing, don't wear products that could mark or scent a garment (such as make-up, fake-tan, perfume, cologne etc). Returned clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
